Storage/Cooking Instructions:
- Product comes frozen. Keep stored in the freezer to maintain peak freshness
- Cook pork to an internal temperature of 160°F for safe consumption
- Thaw overnight in the refridgerator
- Cooking via BBQ: Preheat your grill to medium heat. Cook medallions for 5-7 minutes per side, flipping once, until pork is fully cooked. Allow to rest for 3-5 minutes before serving.
- Cooking via Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F and place medallions on a lined baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway
- Cooking via Air Fryer: Heat your air fryer to 375°F. Cook medallions for 12-16 minutes, flipping halfway, until bacon is crisp and pork is cooked through
- Cooking via Pan Fry: Heat a skillet over medium heat with a small amount of oil. Cook medallions for 5-6 minutes per side until browned and fully cooked.
