Top sirloin is a naturally lean, tender, and thick cut of beef that is delicious on its own or added to your favourite recipes, marinades, and sauces. This steak is a favourite for grilling, but it can also be cooked using various methods.

Each box is conveniently packaged with 16 steaks that are 8 oz each. Conveniently wrapped in packs of 4 for easy storage in the freezer.

Storage / Cooking:

• Product comes fresh - for tips on how to store & thaw safely, read our blog HERE. 

• Cook steaks to at least 130°F. for safe consumption

• Cooking via Outdoor Grill: Season steaks with oil and spices and heat grill to medium-high. Place the steaks on the grill, cover and grill until grill marks form on the bottom, about 3-4 minutes. Flip the steaks and continue to grill until desired doneness, about 2 minutes for medium rare. Rest for 5 minutes before serving.

• Cooking via Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer on 400°F. for 5 minutes. Season and place steak in basket and cook for 5 minutes on each size. Rest for 5-10 minutes. Slice and serve.
