These best sellers have been around out menu since we opened. Our Alberta-made Beef Chuck Patties are a classic burger choice because of their well-balanced lean meat and fat, which makes them flavourful and juicy. 

Chuck offers a great beefy flavour without getting too greasy.  These are gluten free.
No matter how you dress it up, a great burger starts with high-quality grinds. Grill them up for a classic backyard BBQ, pan-fry them for a quick weeknight dinner and get creative with your favourite toppings and seasonings!
 

Skip the grocery store and the chopping board! These pre-made patties are perfectly portioned and ready to cook.
Each box contains 6 packs of 4 patties (total 24 x 5 oz patties), conveniently packaged for easy storage in your fridge. 

Storage / Cooking Instructions:
    •    This product comes frozen. Keep stored in freezer to maintain peak freshness
    •    Cook burgers to at least 160°F. for safe consumption.
    •    Cooking via Air Fryer: Heat your air fryer to 375. Place your patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway.
    •    Cooking via Pan Fry: Heat your pan over medium heat and add some oil. Place your patty in the hot pan and cook for 3-4 minutes per side or until nicely browned.
    •    Cooking via BBQ: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Place your patties on the hot grill and close the lid. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side, flipping halfway.
