Quick & easy to make: Just pull them out and cook right away - no need to thaw!
Cooking via Pan-Fry: Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Place frozen gyoza flat side down and cook for 2-3 minutes until the bottoms are golden brown. Add 1/4 cup of water, cover with a lid, and steam for 5-6 minutes. Uncover and cook for another 1-2 minutes until water has evaporated.
Cooking via Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly oil or spray a baking sheet and arrange frozen gyoza in a single layer. Bake for 18–20 minutes, flipping once halfway through, until heated through and lightly browned.
Cooking via Air Fryer: Preheat air fryer to 375°F. Arrange frozen gyoza in a single layer (don’t overcrowd). Cook for 10–12 minutes, flipping or shaking halfway through, until golden and crispy.
