Storage/Cooking Instructions

• Product comes frozen. Keep stored in your freezer to maintain peak freshness
• For best results, thaw overnight in the fridge before cooking
• Cook to a minimum internal temperature of 145°F for safe consumption
• Cooking via BBQ: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Cook medallions for 5-7 minutes per side, flipping once, until desired doneness is reached. Allow to rest before serving to maintain juiciness. 
• Cooking via Oven: Preheat oven to 425°F and place medallions on a lined baking sheet. Bake for 18-22 minutes, flipping halfway until bacon is crispy and beef is cooked 
• Cooking via Air Fryer: Heat your air fryer to 400°F. Cook medallions for 10-14 minutes, flipping halfway, until desired doneness is reached
• Cooking via Frying Pan: Heat your skillet to medium and add some butter or oil to the pan. Sear the bacon on the outside for 2-3 minutes. Cook for 5-8 minutes to finish cooking or until desired doneness is reached
