Each package contains 24 individual portions of high-quality boneless, skinless chicken breast (5 oz each). Each pack will weigh about 283 grams. Breast size may vary.

Storage / Cooking Instructions:

• Product comes frozen - for tips on how to store & thaw safely, read our blog HERE
• Defrosting instructions: Place in a dish or bowl overnight in the refrigerator.
• Cook chicken to at least 165°F. for safe consumption.
• Cooking via Air Fryer: rub a splash of olive oil and your favourite spices into your chicken breasts and cook at 325°F for 15-20 minutes (flipping at the 7-minute mark!)
