This is beyond Farmer's Cut and is not in your regular grocery store. Sliced at about a 1/4 inch, use it as a replacement for ham and excellent on your BLT! Perfect on eggs, benny, or the side of your eggs for breakfast.  

Keto-Friendly: less than 1g of carbs per slice-And are natural carbs as we do not use dextrose or syrup in the curing process.

You can bake it in your oven at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes, pan fry it in a cast iron or regular pan, or cook it on the BBQ! It gives a pleasant smokey taste.
