Alberta Locally sourced AAA beef. 🇨🇦 Top sirloin is a naturally lean, tender, and thick cut of beef that is delicious on its own or added to your favourite recipes, marinades, and sauces. Top sirloin is a favourite when it comes to grilling, but it can be cooked using various methods.

Each box is conveniently packaged with 16 steaks that are 5 oz each. (wrapped in packs of 4's)  A great source of protein for the family for any night of the week or pull them out for gatherings with friends.

Storage / Cooking:

• Product comes frozen - for tips on how to store & thaw safely, read our blog HERE. Thaw before cooking.
• Cook steaks to at least 130°F. for safe consumption
• Cooking via Outdoor Grill: Season steaks with oil and spiced and heat grill to medium-high. Place the steaks on the grill, cover and grill until grill marks form on the bottom, about 3-4 minutes. Flip the steaks and continue to grill until desired doneness, about 2 minutes for medium rare. Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
• Cooking via Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer on 400°F. for 5 minutes. Season and place New York Striploin in basket and cook for 5 minutes on each size. Rest for 5-10 minutes. Slice and serve.
