A healthier, high-protein alternative to traditional burgers. Proudly crafted in Calgary, Albert and made for this fundraiser.

We recommend you serve sandwich-style on a toasted bun with your favourite toppings. These patties are juicy, herbaceous, and perfect for quick weeknight meals or your next BBQ.

This package contains 35 Chicken Sundried Tomato & Basil Burger Patties (13 lbs), each patty is roughly 6 oz. Sold for your convenience, patties are separated individually by wax paper before freezing.

Storage / Cooking Instructions

• This product comes frozen. Freeze when you get home and use within 6 months.

• Cook Chicken Patties to a temperature of 165°F for safe consumption.

• Oven Instructions: Preheat oven to 350°F. Place Patties on a prepared baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.

• Barbecue Instructions: Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, around 375°F (190°C). Sear the patties on high heat, then reduce to medium-high and cook for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally.
