Storage / Cooking Instructions:

• Product comes Frozen. Keep stored in freezer to maintain peak freshness

• Cook to an internal temperature of 165°F before serving

• Cooking via Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove ribs from packaging and place on a foil-lined baking sheet. Heat for 20 minutes, flipping halfway, or until fully cooked.

• Cooking via BBQ: Preheat grill to medium heat. Remove from packaging and place ribs on the grill on indirect heat. Close the lid and heat for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally and brushing with extra BBQ sauce if desired. Finish over direct heat for 2-3 minutes per side to lightly char the sauce.
