20 Bacon Wrapped Sirloin Steaks

Treat yourself or wow your guests with these tasty AA Bacon-Wrapped Sirloin Steaks. They weigh 4 ounces and are wrapped in a slice of Smoked Gluten-Free bacon (keto friendly)

AA Sirloin steaks are a great cut that can be cooked in many ways. They're juicy, tender, and made even better with bacon! Thaw them, and they’re ready to prepare out of the package.

What makes steak better? Wrapping it in bacon! Locally sourced with just two ingredients: Alberta Beef and Canadian Bacon.

Each box contains five packages of 4 bacon-wrapped AA sirloin steaks (4 oz each) for a total of 20 steaks. Vacuum-sealed to maintain freshness and can be easily stored in the cooler, refrigerator, or freezer

Storage / Cooking Instructions:

• Product comes frozen: for tips on how to store & thaw safely, read our blog HERE.
• Cook steaks to at least 140°F for safe consumption.
• Cooking via Air Fryer: Season with your favourite spices (we like steak spice!) and cook at 350°F for 10-15 minutes.
• BBQ Instructions: Heat your BBQ to 400°F and sear on each side for 4-8 minutes, flipping halfway.
• Cast Iron Instructions: You will need butter, salt, pepper, and cast iron pan.

1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
2. Generously salt and pepper on both sides of the steak.
3. Heat your Cast Iron over medium-high heat. Add the butter and olive oil. When melted, start to sear the bacon on the exterior for 10 seconds until all the bacon has been seared.  Then, sear on both sides until a nice colour, about 1 minute per side.
4. Remove the skillet from the stovetop and place it into the oven to finish cooking. Cook until medium rare, 7 to 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
