All cheeses are proudly made in Saint-Raymond de Portneuf, Quèbec and offer a range of textures and flavours, from creamy and delicate to bold and complex, ideal for entertaining or leisurely tasting. 

Just take out your desired portion and serve on its own or with accoutrements like bread, fruit, nuts, or cured meats.

Storage / Flavours

  • Product comes fresh - store in fridge to maintain peak freshness
  • BLEUBRY (200G): A triple-cream brie cheese delicately marbled with blue veins. A smooth version of the bue cheeses; frank and delicate; creamy; not too slty; a product of the marriage between brie and blue cheeses. 
  • LE CENDRILLON (125G): A semi-soft, surface-ripened goat cheese. Covered in vegetable ash with a marble-textured rind and smooth ivory body. It offers a bright, slightly tangy, semi-strong taste that deepens beautifully with age. 
  • AGED CAPRANO (180G): A firm, ripened goat cheese aged for 18 months. Rich and full-flavoured without harsh sharpness, making it ideal for slicing, grating, or pairing with fruit and nuts. 
  • CANTONNIER (150G): A firm, surface-ripened cheese with a washed ring. Known for its lively character, it delivers flavours reminiscent of fruity cream and fresh apples.  
  • CENDRÉ DE LUNE (200G): A vegetable ash covered cheese with fresh mushroom aromas and rich, buttery notes. Gently acidic when young and becomes milkier as it matures. 
  • SIR LAURIER (170G): A soft, surface-ripened, and washed-rind cheese that is a pioneer in its category. Features a slightly wrinkled, shiny rind of a reddish colour. Creamy and smooth, becoming more supple when served at the height of its maturity. Exudes a full and clean aroma and a full-bodied flavour that melts in your mouth.
