Storage / Cooking Instructions

• Product comes frozen. Keep stored in the freezer to maintain peak freshness
• For best results, that in the fridge for 2-3 days before cooking 
• Cook to a minimum internal temperature of 145°F for safe consumption
• Cooking via BBQ: Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Season steaks with salt, pepper, or your favourite steak spices. Cook for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rate, adjusting for preferred doneness. Allow steaks to rest for 5 minutes before serving 
• Cooking via Pan Fry: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with butter or oil. Sear steaks for 3-4 minutes per side, adjusting for preferred doneness. Allow steaks to rest for 5 minutes before serving 
• Cooking via Air Fryer: Heat your air fryer to 375°F and cook steaks for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until cooked to desired doneness
