Each box contains 10 servings of 8oz Flat Iron Steaks in packages of 2 for easy storage in your freezer. Vacuum-sealed to maintain freshness.

Storage / Cooking:

  • Product comes FRESH - for tips on how to store & thaw safely, read our blog HERE
  • Freeze your meat ASAP unless you plan on eating within 1-2 days to maintain peak freshness
  • Cook steaks to at least 130°F. for safe consumption.
  • Cooking via Air Fryer: Season your meat and let it come to room temperature before cooking. Preheat your air fryer on 400°F. for 5 minutes. Place your Flat Iron Steaks into the basket and cook for 5 minutes on each side. Rest for 5-10 minutes. Slice and serve.
  • Cooking via Outdoor Grill: Season steaks with oil and spices and heat grill to medium-high. Place the steaks on the grill, cover and grill until grill marks form on the bottom, about 5 minutes (do not touch them!). Flip the steaks and continue to grill until desired doneness, about 2 minutes for medium rare. Rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Tips for Steak:

  • Flat Iron Steak: It is best to let your steak sit on the countertop at room temperature for 30 minutes prior to cooking.
  • Pat Dry: Water will steam your steak, so be sure to pat it dry for the best sear.
  • Let it Rest: Meat should always be allowed to rest at least 5 minutes to allow the juices to redistribute and the fibres to relax. This will result in a juicy and tender experience every time.
  • Make Sure Your Cooking Surface is Hot for a golden crust, and use high-smoke oils to prevent a bad flavour from burning.
