Each box contains 24 individually wrapped AAA steaks (4 oz each). They are vacuum-sealed to maintain freshness and are easy to store in your fridge or freezer.
Storage / Cooking Instructions:

Cook steaks to at least 140°F for safe consumption
Cooking via Air Fryer: Season with your favourite spices (we like steak spice!) and cook at 330°F for 14-18 minutes or until desired doneness
BBQ Instructions: Heat your BBQ to medium-high and sear on each side for 4-8 minutes or desired doneness, flipping halfway.
Cast Iron Instructions: You will need butter, salt, pepper, and a cast iron pan.
Preheat your oven to 450°F
Generously season both sides of your steak
Heat your cast-iron over medium-high heat. Add butter and olive oil. Once melted, sear the bacon on the exterior for 10 seconds. Then sear on both sides until a nice colour, about 1 minute per side
Remove the skillet from the stovetop and place it into the oven to finish cooking.
Cook until desired doneness (7-10 minutes for medium-rare). Remove and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
