Level up your get-togethers with locally sourced Lean Bison Burgers! Restaurant quality and versatility in the kitchen: press on a grill for a delicious burger, use it ground in your favourite recipes, or cook in marinara sauce for a juicy meatball.

Made with 80% lean ground bison and 20% lean ground beef, and a few spices to make the flavour pop. Buffalo is a good source of protein and contains vitamins B-12 and B-6 and iron.

Each box contains 32 individually wrapped 6 oz burger balls.  🇨🇦 

This ground bison buffalo burger is similar in texture to burger that is handmade in the kitchen and will retain its shape and moisture when cooked.

Storage / Cooking:

• Product comes frozen: for tips on how to store & thaw safely, read our blog HERE
• Cook burgers to at least 160°F. for safe consumption.
• Perfect for BBQs: Just thaw and press onto your grill and cook for 4 minutes per side
• Cooking via Air Fryer: Season with your favourite spices (we like steak spice!) and cook at 375°F for 15-18 minutes.
