These Bacon Wrapped Tenderloins are juicy and ready to impress. Made from AA-AAA Grass-Fed Alberta Beef that’s aged a minimum of 21 days and hand-wrapped in premium Canadian Bacon. They’re tender, flavourful and a crowd-pleaser, perfect for special occasions or a restaurant-quality meal at home. 

Perfect for the BBQ or a cast-iron pan. Serve with vegetables, mashed potatoes, or a simple salad for an easy and elevated dinner.

This package contains 20 tenderloins (about 4 oz each), conveniently packaged in portions of two for easy storage in your fridge or freezer. Vacuum sealed for freshness. 

Storage / Cooking Instructions: 

• This product comes frozen - for tips on how to store & thaw safely, read our blog HERE.

• Cook steak to at least 145°F for safe consumption. 

• Cooking via Pan-Fry: Preheat the oven to 450°F.. Season steaks with salt and pepper. In a skillet, heat butter and olive oil on medium-high heat. When melted, sear the bacon on the exterior for 10 seconds. Then, sear steaks on both sides for about 1 minute.. Finish in the oven for 7-10 minutes (medium-rare - adjust cooking time for preferred doneness). Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.

• Cooking via BBQ: Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Sear the bacon exterior until slightly crisp. Sear steaks for 1 minute per side over direct heat, then move to indirect heat and grill for 5-7 minutes with the lid closed. Rotate for even cooking. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
