Cook them on the BBQ or in a cast iron pan! Sear them on the outside and then finish them in the oven at 300 degrees for 5 minutes! [Melt in your mouth]
Each steak averages 4 oz, is portioned by two, then vacuumed and sealed to guarantee freshness—approximately 20 steaks/box.
Cooking Instructions for Cast Iron:
You will need butter, salt and pepper and your cast iron pan.
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
- Generously salt and pepper on both sides of the steak.
- Heat your Cast Iron over medium-high heat. Add the butter and olive oil. When melted, start to sear the bacon on the exterior for 10 seconds until all the bacon has been seared. Then, sear on both sides until a really nice colour, about 1 minute per side.
- Remove the skillet from the stovetop and place it into the oven to finish cooking. Cook until medium rare, 7 to 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
